You take a peek beyond the great oaken doors, and are greeted with a majestic sight. On one wall, the tapestry telling the story of Redwall's founding as well as its warrior, Martin, stretches out grand and proud, a fine layer of dust coating it. Directly above lays the legendary Sword of Martin, with a plaque nearby saying, "Do not touch." Some good advice it is too, as the point still looks as sharp as the day it was made.
The soft, filtered light from the stained glass windows sways in a mesmerizing dance on the cobbled floor. Clearly, this is a place for solitude and meditation, as well as to discuss important matters concerning the entire abbey.
